Sounds as if you have spyware/asware that has installed itself which will need to be removed manually using your PC's ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM feature. Use ADAWARE or a like program to detect any .exe files. Those are the program files that will need to be removed. Empty cookies and temporary internet files as well. If you've recently installed any new games from the internet, new e-mail program, or toolbar, that may very well be where the spyware came from. An anti-virus won't help in this situation as spyware/adware are not viruses. J

Dont close the advert (dont touch it at all) just move your up and down bar on the righthand side. The advert should disappear and go onto your bar at the bottom of the page. You should now be able to get into your inbox or whatever you want to do.

Please can anyone help. I keep trying to go onto my yahoo email page. Every time ithe page comes up about 2 seconds later a full page advert comes up (search the web microsoft internet explorer). when i click close the advert and email page go. Ive been trying to get on for nearly 2 hours and am about to put my foot through the screen. Can anyone tell me what to do to get shut of it. Cheers Baz.
