Thank gawd its not just me then Sammy! I really worked hard trying to find that couple this morning - thought with a name like Isaacson not a prob. Couldnt believe when nothing came up - as I said I went 10 years over the date I thought likely. Then a couple of hours later, enter same details and up she rises!

Hi, I found three deaths very easily. They would have cost a fortune on 1837online. Gwynne

Hi Heather, I too have searched and got zero entries, thinking that result was a little strange, so I went back to search and "cleared the page" and tried again, lo & behold, I get the info I want!

I was just thinking, when it tells us zilch results, perhaps it just hasnt completed a search and gets timed out? This would follow why the ones I searched for this morning arent shown as searches on my account list.

Hi, a few of us have found that when we enter known dates we get zilch results, even before 1920. Today I spent quite a bit of time looking up a couple for someone who put on a request for a marriage look up. I came up with zilch, even though I went 11 years past the birth date of the son she gave. I have just seen that she has found the date of the marriage. I have gone back, entered exactly the same search details as before and got the entry! I went on my accounts info, where they list the people you have looked up because I was going to send them a copy of the account showing I got zilch the first time. But - no entries shown on there at all for my earlier look up???? Except one for the groom's name 1921-26. Does this means that when we get zero entries its not because they dont exist, just a fault with the programing at the moment?
