Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 15 Send Message	Thanks for the quick response but i don't think that's the problem because i dont have any unknowns in my tree, It starts with my ggggrandfather when i upload it to this site it gives him 9 wives all unknowns and it also gives my dad has having 6 wives all unknowns and so on to a total of 174 unknowns, if there not present in my tree how do they just appear? thanks again

	They'll be in your tree somewhere. If you have a look through your tree, you should be able to see where they are, and delete them. On most programs, they'll show as ",forname"

Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 15 Send Message	When i upload my gedcom file to this site for some reason it also displays 174 unknown people can anyone tell me why this is and what i can do to get rid of these unknowns. thanks for your time.
