	Hello again Joan, I`m on Broadband,and the anti-virus,and firewall are included, so no installing. Don`t know if they`re all the same though. Baz

	If you are running SP2 it turns on the XP firewall by default. In SP1 you have to turn it on. Most people use a third party one like ZoneAlarm or Sygate these are free. They are better tha the XP one as they work both ways. Bob
