Joan, Do check out the other threads on this subject tho - there are some security settings that may need changing to prevent problems occuring. SP2 updates security on your system and can clash with other anti-virus programmes I believe. If I can find the threads I will nudge them for you :O) Anne |

Hi Joan - it is legitimate, but some people have experienced problems after downloading it. I downloaded some time ago and have been lucky. If you use the 'search' facility on these boards - search for SP2 or Service Pack 2 - it should bring up some of the previous threads about it - there are a few helpful tips among them :O) Anne in Kent |
