I have received an e-mail with an attachment but I am unable to open it ,I have moved it to my documents but I have tried every way to open it. I trust the person who sent it and have replied to them but had no reply back. Margaret |

You need to have installed a spreadsheet program called Excel in order to open that type of file. I believe that some other spreadsheet programs will also open XLS files. If you don't have a spreadsheet program, ask the sender to resend the doc in CSV or TXT format (which are plain text and can be opened in Word or Notepad). |
