Can anyone help me export my GR tree to Family tree version 4? Any help would be really useful. |

Hi Elaine Click on Import/Export Tree on the left hand side of the page. Click on Export Tree and follow the instructions. You will be asked where you want to save it. I usually save it in My Documents. Then go to your program and follow the instructions there to Import Gedcom. Jeanette x |

Hi Jeanette Thanks for your reply. I have saved it to my folder, but when I open the folder on Family Tree the file isn't there. If I go back to GR and export it says it's already saved in the folder. I've don this twice now and keep getting the same thing. Is it because of the type of file it is that it's hidden somewhere? |

Hmmmmm looks like the export bit isn't working again. I had the same thing happen to me once. I think the only solution is to drop GR a line. Jeanette x |
