It would be interesting to find where the SS Cara was in 1953, and to find the log book which should give details of the death. I think the best place for this is Greenwich maritime Museum---try searching via google. If you can get copy of log book it should give details of the incident. The museum are very helpful with specific queries like this. |

Hi all can anyone help me? What would it mean on a death certificate when it says cause of death "killed or drowned"? It is a merchant seamans death certificate. |
