	as so many cannot afford more than 1 a Month it would be great if we had a swapping system maybe we could have a new Swap Shop Board shall we suggest it

	It would be a good idea except that you would probably have to post the magazines to each other and since magazines are quite heavy, I would imagine the postage would be a fair bit. Sorry if it sounds like I'm putting a dampener of what is basically a good idea. Kath. x
