its north west of London on the way out to Hertfordshire. It's part of the borough of Barnet so there is the possibility at some point it would have been part of Herts - but not as recent as the 50s I shouldnt think. Its at the end of one of the branches of the northern line Alternatively - they main mean Edgware Road which runs from the north of central London out to the general area of Edgware |

does anyone know of a place in london called edgewear?, this would of been in 1950s |
