Thanks for that Anne, all licenceses are in use, but at least I'm in. What a relief! I was getting on so well!

I can't remember what the password was - sorry. Once I was in I saved the page under favourites and just go in that way. I don't need to put the password in any more. Let me know your e-mail address and I may be able to send you the link.

Seriously - I got free access to Ancestry a while ago using some sort of password. Once I was in I saved it to my favourites and have using that link ever since.

Just been using free ancestry plus (galegroup blah blah blah) closed window, thought "oh, just one more thing", went back-GONE! Please tell me I'm going mad & it really is there!
