MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN TRYING TO BUY CREDITS FOR 1837 ON LINE ALL DAY BUT ALL IT KEEPS SAYING IS WRONG USER NAME OR PASSWORD BUT IT IS THE ONE WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD WE PAID BY DEBIT CARD AND HAVE PHONED THEM TWICE AND ALL THEY TOLD US WAS THEY WOULD PASS THE MESSAGE ON HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEA WHATS HAPPENING WE EVEN CHECKED OUR SPELLING THANK YOU DOREEN |

I had the same problem so I told them couldn't remember password gave my email address they sent it to me after that no problem |
