I have a name and address from a death cert in 1991 and before I write I was wondering if the person is still at the address. I have lokked at various websites for the electoral roll but they seem expensive. 1) is anybody willing to do a look up on the 2004 electoral roll? 2) can anybody reccommend a cheap site? I know that you can view the rolls for free by visiting the council concerned, but it would probably be cheaper for me to pay a website. The person concerned is Dorothy M Wood of North Stifford Grays Essex |
