There is a Woolston in Southampton. But I can not find any were with that spelling on multimap.

This is the area covered by Wolstanton registration district. There may be other places with this name, but this should be the only registration district: Created 1st July 1837. Abolished 1922 (incorporated into Stoke and Wolstanton district. Sub-districts : Burslem; Tunstall; Wolstanton. GRO volumes : XVII (1837-51); 6b (1852-1922). Abbey Hulton, Brieryhurst, Burslem, Chatterly, Chell, Chesterton, Goldenhill, Kidsgrove, Knutton, Milton, Newchapel, Oldcott, Ranscliff, Rushton Grange, Silverdale, Sneyd, Stadmoreslow, Thursfield, Tunstall, Wedgwood, Wolstanton. Registers now divided between Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Stafford districts. nell

There's a Wolstanton in Staffordshire. Maybe this is it?
