Thanks Sandra I know I should get some matches as there is a woman on there who has some of my family in her tree - but she's not quite got it right! When I search a name that should be in my tree though, MY results dont' come up. Also when I post a message on the message boards, my username doesn't come up beside it jeanette x

hi you'll only get smartmatches if someone else has loaded their tree on their that match yours, it was a couple of weeks before i got any sandra

I uploaded my tree onto Gencircles on the 4th of January. How long does it take for Smartmatches to appear? And if there weren't any matches would they inform you. Also my names don't appear when I put a search in. Jeanette x
