Is the Public Record Office 1901 census online exactly the same as the one featured on Ancestry Plus?

I have had a few occurences of differences in teh transcription results I'm not 100% sure if this is because the search criteria (and therefore the results you get) is slightly different or if its because ancestry have had an independent transcription done. I would go with the latter due to the rolling out of the service in areas - if they'd just bought the GRO transcription it would (in theory) have all been online at once
