That suggests that they only have themselves on their tree then - not much of a tree really! As Louise suggested, a friendly message to the member concened might be worthwhile. |

Hi Jim I just tried what you suggested, "View their relations" is on there, but when you click on it, it only shows the persons name that sent the tree. Amie |

My guess is that this person has deleted their tree which leaves just them. A lot of folk have their trees on separate software and don't always update/upload onto this site. Why don't you send them a friendly email about the person you have a query about? Louise |

Hi All I have not visited this site in a little while, but I tried to view a tree which had been sent to me by another person, but it will only show that persons name and not thier family. Is there just a problem on here? do I have to update something? or have I missed something? Can anyone help please!! Amie |
