There was a message on here a few days ago from John Burns who wrote the decoder system, saying that it was out of use for a short while because of somebody else's server (well that was the gist of it anyway!). This might be why you can't get in. Mandy :)

Could anyone tell me the web address please. I have the icon on my screen but can't remember the address and since we made some changes it won't let me in unless I keep taking my firewall off. I want to go into Norton and tell it to always let the decoder in but cant without the web address. Thank you. Chrissie
