I recently found some very important information about my father, another member on genes reunited contacted me using the messages system giving a little more info which I then used to crack the whole thing! But I now have a problem the guy that contacted me either only logs onto this site occasionally or has stopped altogether. I have sent several messages to him through the site but no answer. My question being is there any other way of sending them a direct message i.e. email, as I have info that will put a whole new light on his family tree! Neil Randall

Hi Neil The only other way I can think of is if anybody else on here has his direct email address. They may be willing to pass on a message for you. Jeanette x

Your best chance of contact might be to post a message with their name in the title asking them to contact you again. An e mail address is not available unless they wish it to be. However if they have used other sites you could try Googling and see if you can contact elsewhere.
