hi all, I bought some new credits just before the weekend. I put in the promotional code for the christmas offer of free credits and they took my money, gave me the normal credits but I didnt get my free ones. I wasnt very happy!! I have emailed them so lets see if I get a reply, hopefully with my free cerdits!!!! Victoria |

I got on the site ok and tried to buy more credits with the Christmas offer, and it rejected my credit card! I have no idea why! Mandy :( |

Thanks for that Lou . . . . I was beginning to think it was my computer and I have been adjusting my "cookies" sensitivity - if that's the right expression! It would be down when, just today, I have been given a lot of information to check. |

Has anyone had problems getting into "1837online.com" recently? I still have credits but I can't log in any more, is it my computer or is there a problem? I vaguely recall seeing a posting about this recently. I must be blind - didn't see the other threads on this page!!! |
