Hi Sandra, there is a law change pending but at the moment it is still far more difficult to trace an adopted relative than the other way around. The lady who runs MyFolks is excellent - however the national adoption organisation/charity Norcap also have a website which might give you some useful information www.norcap.org Good luck Mandy x

Hi All, Has anyone got any useful tips on how to find an adopted brother? Our family would very much like to get in touch with him as his parents died young,having no other family old enough to support all of the children most went to Bernardos Childrens Home but the youngest was adopted in 1965 in Cornwall. Any help or sugestions would be much appreciated. Thank You Sandra
