Many thanks to both of you. What a thicko! Yes, I see it now - why havent I noticed it before?? Unfortunately the lady I was seeking was not on the next page but I think there is something a bit strange about it as the previous households were showing 8 or more residents on the next page only 2 in a house? Oh well. |

Hi Heather, On the right hand side of the page containing the image there is a box that lets you enlarge and move the image, at the top of this box it should say something like page 9 of 34, either side of this there are arrows that take you to the next/previous page. I had the advanced viewer downloaded (which is free) so not sure if it only works using this. Sue:-) |

Hi Heather When you have an image displayed, to the right hand side, it says "image xx of yy". Below that are two icons for next page & previous page. Either click on the "next image" icon, or enter the next number in the box above it labelled "image" and then click "go". Cheers Richard |

Sorry to be slow, but quite often I find that the ancestry census image does not have a person who should be with a family. I often wonder if they have been put onto the next census page. Can anyone tell me how to find the next page of a census on ancestry. I have tried entering the next page no in the box at the bottom of the ancestry screen but that hasnt worked. Many thanks. |
