Margaret, have you tried using system restore? If it has only just started happening, may be worth going back a few days in your system. |

Margaret, depending on what the message says it sounds very much like you may have a virus. Are you running any anti virus software, and if so which one? Some may pick up viruses that others won't. Try going to www.grisoft(.)com and downloading AVG 7.0 Free version. It knocks spots off others out there. Happy new year Sioux |

Hi Margaret Which operating system are you using? This used to happen a lot with Windows98 & Windows2000, but I haven't had the same problem with XP. Richard |

Hi I wonder if someone could help four times since last night, I have been reading messages when all of a sudden the screen goes blue and it comes up saying serious fault has a occured. I turn off and it then comes back on for a while, I don't know what I am doing wrong anyone that could help me please. Happy New Year to you All Margaret |
