It's not only old handwriting! - I thought I was getting a "sick green" Metro at one point when I changed cars a few years ago! It was actually quite a pretty colour (metallic). Christine

Could it be "Silk finisher" perhaps?

Hello everyone, Happy New Year to you all. Can anyone tell me what a sick finisher is. It sounds quite gross :) Does anyone think it is a spelling mistake or a real profession. Also I am thinking of joining ancestry does it show you records of a full household, I have a few people that don't want to be found. Many Thanks Joanne
