On a recent find a persons birthplace was listed as Sunning Park, Berkshire. But i've tried to find this Sunning Park and have had no luck. Has anybody else ever had this place listed? Or suggestions on where I should look now? |

Sunningdale is in Berks, as is Sunninghill. Sonning is in Berks but Sonning Common is in Oxon. - although I haven't checked where these are - they might be near the (varied-over-time) county boundaries! (checked in my husband's OS Gazetteer) Christine |

I had the same problem with an address on a birth cert. Did not exist today...so I checked it out on an old map and found it to be a hospital for infectious diseases. |
