I know a Virginia who is called Ginny. Cissy could be short for Cecilia, but I've also heard of an Emily called Cissy, so who knows!!!?? |

Louise, Several John Baches got married in Toxteth. This must be this family: Marriages Sep 1895 Bache John Thomas Toxteth Park 8b 511 Daniel Mary Elizabeth Toxteth Park 8b 511 You have to get you G grandfather's birth cert to be sure. Ginny and Cissy don't appear to be Jane Brandeth or Mary Elizabeth by any stretch of the imagination. Crista |

Louise I'd be cautious about assuming it's the right family cos it seems like a good match. I made that mistake and spent 6 months tracking the wrong family. The area and the surname may be the same but the children's names and the wife's name don't really add up. I think you need to get hold of one of the children's birth certificates or try to find a marriage between the parents and be certain that her name was Mary. Lou |
