Your "liquid assets" are things like cash and bank accounts. The Liquidator is supposed to turn all the other assets (equipment, machinery, property, furniture...) into liquid assets - i.e. he gets them sold to raise money to pay off the creditors. Christine |

Liquidator is the person responsible for winding up a company...when they go bankrupt or the official receiver goes in. |
