Can anyone tell me what is the best version of family tree maker to use. I have got a free version of Legacy of which I can upgrade if I want to but I want to know what the best thing to do is before I decide. Thanks Maria :) |

I understand from another thread that PC World are Doing the Deluxe version of Family Tree Maker 2005 for £19.99. I have used FTM for four years and find it exceptional. I've just installed 2005 over the top of my Version 8 and its transferred all the data Over 350 names, notes etc). I have not, however, registered for online support or to take advantage of Ancestry freebees. I prefer to keep my information on my family tree confidential. |
