Hi Debra, If you have the time, could you possibly help me with my current brick wall? I am trying to locate Anna Mayall, possibly born about 1905. I know she was married, briefly to Peter Anthony Hughes, but they were divorced by 1945. We think that Peter went to America and met and married Anna there, but that is all we know. If there is anything you could find or suggest to help me I would be very grateful. Thankyou for your offer. Regards, Frances

Added by Carol Cooper I would be so grateful if you could look on the US Census to see if there is a family called Rich. The details I have are Paul Rich (29 years) Hulda Rich (26 years) Clara Rich (2 years) Augustine Rich (infant) arrived in New York on 21.6.1888. I have no idea where they went except legend has it they went to Beverley Hills. Would be so grateful if you could track them down for me. Many thanks and in anticipation. By the way Hulda (or Hilda/Holda) came originally from Germany and Paul was Russian/Pole.

Hi Debra Only when you have time cos I'm definitely in last resort territory here (no marriage, no death, nothing on the alien spaceship passenger lists!). I've 'lost' 2 family members after the 1881 census, I've ruled out the Boar War etc and am wondering whether they ended up in the States at all. Adelaide Hawkridge born July 1871 Derby, last seen as a 10 year old scholar on 1881. Richard Bibb born Sept 1856 in Marylebone, London, again last seen as a 15 year old in 1881. I've discovered recently there's a large Hawkridge contingency in the States, from what I can gather mainly around Washington/New York/New Jersey etc so am wondering if Adelaide was packed off to family over there for some reason. No indication that Richard had family over there but as I said...last resort territory. ANYTHING would be fantastic! Many thanks Lou
