If anyone has a copy of FTM 2005 can you please tell me whether or not you can print off your index of names using the surname first. Looking forward to hearing from you. |

Hello Linda, I've just had a look and can't figure out a way to print the list once you have it showing - strange, there must be a way but can't find it yet. You certainly can do it on Genes though. If you do find out, I would like to know too please. Good luck. Jan |

Hi Linda Go to reports choose "custom" Click on 2nd icon down on the right hand side of the screen (items to include) double click on name in the format box choose "last first middle" You should then be able to do file print report - I haven't actually printed it but I don't see why it wouldn't That should do what you want. Let me know if you have a problem Janice |

Thanks for that info. Funny how we all have the program but until someone tells you .................. I thought that would just include the name of an individual. I see there is an option to exclude some people. I wondered if thats what you did, go down highlighting all the people you didnt want in a chart. Ive just been doing descendants charts to get a one family line for relatives. |
