Would anybody know how I can access 3 messages that are not in my message box. I only get onto GR at the library because my home machine is old and slow. Last night I checked my email and 3 promps from GR. I deleted them. Now, checking at the library, they are not there and I do't know who they are from. Jim |

Click on the red 'Messages' in the top left corner of the GenesR page. That will show all the messages you have ever had. For some reason they don't always show you have 'new' messages but the newest ones are always at the top of the list. I presume you are logged on as yourself at the library? You won't be able to see your private messages otherwise! Anne |

Many Thanks for you reply Ann. I now know that I should have clicked on 'your contacts' to see the history of messages. I had clicked on 'messages' first as usual but the 3 i deleted at home were not showing. I have found one but the other 2 have disappeared. That will teach me not to be so quick at deleting! Jim |
