I have all the up to date stuff like Windows XP and yet I can't seem to view their records. I went onto the Microsoft site to try and download the Prizm viewer but cannot find it via their search function. Anyone out there got some advice/useful experience on this? Hilary PS Just seen other messages - maybe it's them not me??

Hi Hilary, Marion Stewart has a similar thread at the moment - Scotlandspeople must have a problem with the site, me thinks. Regrds. Jan

Hi there I've found the best solution for viewing images on Scotlands People is to download the images directly to your PC. To do this log in, go into the "Your Details" section, scroll down to the "Image viewer" section and select "Direct Access". Click the "Update Details" button at the bottom of the page. You can now download the images direct to your PC and you can view them with any reasonable image program e.g. PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop etc. Hope this helps. Lesley

Hilary, I just checked and it's working fine for me. Do you have a pop- up blocker? If so you'll have to disable it to be able to view the images. Hopefully that should help. Christine

Christine - Ah! That may be it because yes, I do have a pop-up blocker. JUST TRIED IT AND IT WORKS NOW!!
