Hi everyone.....I have just tried to locate my great grand parents details on the 1891 census. I have tried to use the ancestry.co.uk facility but they are showing no record of my great grand parents. Their surname was unusual and I have even tried different spellings but with no luck. Can I search anywhere on the internet using the address of where they were living at the time? If I cannot, does anyone have any other suggestions that may help me track down their information?.....Thank you......Janine

Try searching with just a first name and their birthplace or as someone suggested, give us the details and let us try. There are not many people that have eluded me on ANY census! Lynn

Hi Lynne this one is for you I have a 2nd great uncle who is eluding me on 1891 census, his name is George Biddell born in Islington occupation jeweller he would be 42 in 1891, wife Sarah Ann born Islington she would be 39 in 1891. In 1881 and 1901 they were living at 12 Pickering Street Islington. Someone kindly looked at this address for me for 1891 and it is adifferent family there. I am really stuck on this one because they appear on the IGI with children that I think dont belong to them, some of them I believe to be my grandmothers siblings so I really would like to pin them down in 1891. I have tried everthing I can think of to no avail, if you could help I would be so thankful Maureen
