Sarah I had a look at the site and all its links after I saw your thread earlier cos I'd never heard of it. I found a section on 'who everyone else is researching' to put it loosely and discovered that some other poor soul is also doing my nightmare Gaskin family in Derbyshire. I had no idea how old the info on this site was but thought I'd nothing to lose by sending her an e-mail. She's replied already and it sounds like our trees ARE linked in the dim and distant past and she's got a lot more info than me! So THANK YOU, could be the sledgehammer I've been looking for! Lou |
