After joining Ancestry for 1 year last month I have been using the site regularly. When signing on it asked for my password and I'm in. Yesterday when loggong on it asked for my username as well. Then the little yellow boxes came up next to the names I wanted saying to buy. as if I wasn't a member. I emailed then and they sent me a link to change my password, username etc. I have done that this morning and I still couldn't get access. I looked on my account detailds and it has me registered as a guest, but I have been using the site for ages. Can anyone help this computer idiot.? Thanks Linda
