Hi Dont forget the 1st Boer war was in 1880-81 and the second was in 1899-1902 most research sites are for the second. Malcolm |

Hi Deborah, My grandmother first husband died in the Boar War, I found www.Lib.Sun.ac.ZA/roh/roh.exe holds the roll of all British men who died in the Boar War, it might be a start, also as previous message said try a google search. happy hunting.......Lilly |

Deborah Not sure which records you are hoping to find, but if you want military records you will probably need to know which regiment. You can try searching the National Archives here: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/militaryhistory/ or google Boer War for sites which may help. nell |

I think I might have rellies in the 1st boer war, can anyone suggest some sites that might have records that i could look up, thanks,debbie |
