I believe a rellie was born in Ireland (Kingston or Kingstown) in 1853. Can anyone tell me, please, how to get birth info in Ireland? Thanks, Gerry |

There are no Birth Indexes before 1864, so you will have to rely on Parish Records, if they still exist. Paul |
