Is it just me? I cannot access this today, though have done many times in the past. I clicked on an image, tried to print and it froze! I now get "cannot find server" message. As I said, is it just me? Wendy

Thanks for the offer, but I already have the info. I foolishly downloaded just the transcript a while ago, and now want the real image as it is my grandmother and her parents and siblings. I want the proper image. I clicked on the image so have presumably been charged, but could not print it and now cannot get back in!! Hope it's not my computer---hope it's a problem at their end!! No reply from my e-mail, but got on to the site with no problem today, so it had to be their problem yesterday and not mine. Yippee!

In hindsight I think my problem was in trying to print. My husband in his wisdom had installed a new Photoshop programme on my computer, so everything opened in this programme. Also, I tried to open via "Applet" which I used before. Now I can open under Tiff!!. Why can they not leave well alone!? However, I think the problem is solved as I printed off OK today [by saving to My Docs and then printing from that]. Still no reply from the helpdesk though!! Wendy
