But remember they could have lied - specially if they didn't have parental permission. I don't think they had to prove it! Anne

Yes i think it does mean 21 or over I have a couple with that on,,,most annoying...Sandra:-)

i have just received a marriage cert for 1876, where the age should be it says full does this mean they were over 21. regards ann
