Advice needed please on IGI

Thanks to both of you. The birth of the 'suspect' child is within the period when William and Lettice/Letitia seemed to be having their children and doesn't overlap with the birth of any of the others. As this person is only a G.G.Aunt (or something like that!) I don't really want to cough up for the birth cert but would like to include them on my tree. I did think that they were most likely from the same family so now two other people feel the same, I'll add them in!. Thanks again Sam

I'd probably assume it was the same family as long as the 10th child wasn't born at a time when one of the others was born (although if it is baptism records they could all be baptised at the same time). Kath.

Hi Sam, Lettice and Letitia are simply two different variations on the same name, so I'd think they are the same couple. Cazza

I have searched for my G.G Grandmother, Emma Withers, on the IGI and found her christening records. I then used the batch number C082261 and searched for all others of the same surname. Of the 10 records that came back, 9 have the parents William Withers and his wife Lettice. The 10th has William Withers and his wife Letitia. My question is, do you think this child is also part of the same family and the record has been mistranscribed? Searching using just the parents names of William and Letitia brings up the same 10 children. Should I put all 10 in my tree or just the 9??
