Yes, it is as the later ones although I belive childrens ages were rounded up or down.

Yes it gives everyone's names. Ages for people up to 15 were exact ages. Over 15 they were rounded down to the nearest 5. The place of birth just gives whether they were born within the county they were living in or not - yes or no. No relationships are stated, but occupations are.
