warning census vouchers

If you are useing voucher Do'nt for get to log out once you have done your look up. Just whent to uses mine (and I know I had only usesd 50p of it) and found it empty. Ether I forgot to log out or The gremlins have been at it.

That shouldn't be able to happen with vouchers - they're supposed to last for 6 months. The money-value should only be used if you actually spend it on search results or images. Unless you were at a public computer and someone else was able to follow in after you? If not, I suggest you contact them, quoting the voucher number, to ask if they can explain what's happened. your right I just rechecked the rules. The only other thing I can think of is eather 1) one of my kids used it and forgot to tell me (?) 2) Some one hacked or guessed the number or 3) I throw the wrong card a way. I'll check up with them

Write to the customer service section at 1901 census - give the details of your voucher and explain the problem. A similar thing happened to me and they gave me a code so that I could use my remaining credits. If you don't try - they won't know that you had a problem. Jenny
