I have contacted 1837 as I had forgotten my password etc. (Long time since I used it) Do you know if they take a long time to reply to this sort of query? Have just got the urge, and time to have another go but my memory failed me. Now I have decided I want to get on with it!! Any clues? Jean

Hi Heather, thats what I expected to happen but have just checked my e-mails again and there is no reply yet. Perhaps I will e-mail them again or ring them. There is a number for that, (just trying to save on the phone bill!!) Will give them a little longer. Jean :-)
