Hi, BMDs on ancestry are the same as on freebmd and there is very little after 1910. For the full GRO index you need 1837online which is a pay to view site. Gwynne |

On Ancestry Plus there is "England and Wales, Civil Registration Index:1837-1983". Am I right in thinking that this particular index is not complete (it doesn't say it's incomplete). I have found several names I was looking for but my own birth and marriage is not listed. Anyone else noticed any missing records? |
