My grandmother was brought up in a home in London around 1920. Who would i need to get in contact with to find the records of her being there as this may lead to information on her mother. Regards Sarah |

Many thanks for your reply but my grand mother was Jewish so i doubt Cof E. Is their any others as i have def been told Montefiore or Montifiore House, and i think 69 Stamford Hill? |

The thing is my grandmother was never adopted, she was just put into the home and i suppose left the home at the age you are supposed to fend for yourself. |
