I think ive found my great grandparents parents and siblings. Would their marriage certificate be enough to verify this? |

The marriage certificate would verify the fathers name and the place they were married. From there you could try and find birth certificates which would show both parents names. Trish |

If the names match the fathers names on marriage certificate would that be enough verification for you or would you still want birth certificates. I'm really new to this and want to make sure i'm going down the right path. |

Hi Kerry Personally, I would still want the birth certificate to verify the mothers name also. It would save you a lot of time in the long run if the mothers name is different to the one that you have found. Trish |
