Thanks Judith, really appreciate it. Had so much difficulty finding him. Now got to find his wife which is also proving difficult. They don't make it easy for us. Thanks again. Fern.

Yeah sorry about that George did appear in two of the census 1881 and 1891. I'm sorry with all this family history I'm doing I keep getting muddled. So I only need to find George in 1901. Sorry once again. Thanks for looking.

Now I'm confused Fern, is the 13 year old George I found in 1891 not the one you are looking for? He is living with Benjamin and described as son. Three of the children I listed above were with Ransom and his wife: Ada, John and James, the others were all in Benjamin's family.

Hi thanks. Have followed the family through all the census but George only appears in one that was 1881. Where is he? Got to be somewhere. Thanks for advice and for looking.

I need help please. I'm trying to find my great grandfather. His name is George Welham born 1878, Suffolk. I found him in the 1881 census (pretty sure I'm going up the right path!) living with his parents. 1881 Benjamin Welham Wattisham, Suffolk Sarah Welham Kersey, Suffolk Raymond Welham Aldham, Suffolk Emily Welham Aldham, Suffolk Elizabeth Welham Aldham, Suffolk George Welham, Aldham, Suffolk Rosanna Welham Aldham, Suffolk Ranson Welham Wattisham, Suffolk. If anyone can help me look for him in any other census I would be very grateful. He went onto marry Amelia Hirst from Yorkshire born 1879 (Can't find her either!) They had 13 children and lived and died in Wainscott, Rochester, Kent. Please help if you can.
