Hazel, the January copy of Personal Computer World has a PDF article. They recommend this free one at http://www.pdf995(.)com/ I haven't used it but PCW highly respected mag. The PdfEdit995 download seems the one you need. Bob

I am not sure what you can do with the Acrobat Reader as I use the full version of Acrobat. With that you can export to various formats and also you can mark something on the screen then copy/paste to another program. But with Acrobat you can set the security on a file so that it cannot be printed, copied, edited or whatever you want. Most of the census CD-ROMs are copy protected so you can only print them. If all else fails then you can always use the Windows commands to copy the whole screen then paste that it into another program. Martin

Hello All! Can anyone explain how to (or if it is possible!) to COPY a PDF chart to Word, in order to fill it in on the computer? I would be so happy to be able to do that instead of having to write them out!! Thanks, Hazel
