Does anyone know how I can trace my Great Grandparents marriage in Ireland somewhere around mid 1800's. They were James Callan and Elizabeth Turner. Thanks anyone. Barbara

The LDS family history centres have the index for Ireland. Some centres have them in stock, but if not, they will order the film for you at a nominal charge to cover the postage costs. If you give yur local one a ring they will be able to tell you. Look in the phone book under Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

You will need to know at least a county in Ireland if you want to have any chance to trace your roots there. You can only order from LDS if you know which film you want and so that will mean really knowing which townland you want. Janet
