my great grand parents lived at 4 kings terrace. Torpoint (antony) in november 1893. Am trying to find out if anyone else lived at that address at that particular time. Does anybody know how i can go about finding out this information. ggps names were Sydney William Gigg and Ellen Gigg (nee Bidgood) my ggf was a seaman based on or at H.M Ship Cambridge. i have been advised to look at the electoral roll for that year but don't really know how to go about it.
